Purpose of promotional products

OX2 has a strict policy of the usage of promotional products. As a sustainable brand its important that we use promotional products with care and modesty.

The main purpose of using promotional products is external repressentation. Secondary purposes could be internal repressentation, team building, health activities and PR events. 

Ensure that all promotional products is used within the specified purposes and with modesty.

Every order is charged on your budget.

All OX2 products are in high quality and designed for a long life and high usage by the reciever. All products using the OX2 brand must be approved by OX2 Marketing department. The collection here is approved by OX2 Marketing department.

How to order

Its easy to order for OX2 portal for promotional products. 

1. Add your items to the basket.

2. Please note that some products requires sizes, of you need multiple sizes, please add the product multiple times to the basket with right sizes.

3. Please note that some products have a minimum quantity and are sold in bundles. Example: Pens are sold in a bundle of 10 pcs.

4. When checking out: 

     a. Under “Payment method”: Please select which OX2 business entity that will receive the invoice. Please note: When the order has to do with a construction project, then it should be ordered to “OX2 Construction AB”. But if a purchase is not related to a specific project, then it should be invoiced to the company where you are employed, for example “OX2 Construction AB filial i Finland”.

    b. Add your full name, company name and email.

    c. Add invoice reference: Project number and task number in the "customer reference" field. You will not be able to place an order without entering the project number and task number. 

    d. Add your delivery address. 

          i. Someone needs to be present in person at the address. 

         ii. The delivery hours are 8am - 4pm. 

         iii. A phone number for the delivery contact is mandatory.

    e. Please add a VAT number for delivery to countries in EU. This will allow for VAT not to be included on the invoice.

5. When you have placed your order you will get an order confirmation sent to your inbox. 

6. Please note that the invoice will be allocated to your team/department.

Delivery time 

Please allow for 5 business days for all European orders for giveaways and expo items, if the item is in stock. Allow 2-3 weeks for profile clothes and workwear.
